Income Tax Complaint

There is a provision of Income Tax Complaint in Income Tax Act, 1961. According to the act, one can file a complain against any person who is not fulfilling the Income Tax Act to his assessing officer or other officer incharge like CIT or CCIT or DGIT (investigation), responsible for its further processing. The person who is filing the complain can also submit proof/ evidence for his/ her own interest. On the basis of his/her complaint, if the IT department collects more tax from such person, then he/she will be rewarded monetarily from the department.

If we want to bring Black money out then we have two ways

1) ACB - These ppl will handle all the cases pertaining to Govt. employees

2) ITD - These ppl will Handle cases pertaining to individuals and business men

so if we need to bring that black money out then we need to have clear details with us regarding the person and then we need to inform these ppl respectively

i am working on getting the contact numbers and a proper channel to approach so that things will be much easier

How to Bring out all the Black Money which is being enjoyed by those who earned illegally

Hi all,

I am trying to bring all the black money which is with those who earned it illegally and planning to have some leagal advisors, Media Partners, Public and all my frns to join me and help me with some inputs.

This is day one and if any one is intrested in the same they can give me some inputs so that we can save our economy.


The process i would like to go with is first to find all the legal procedures involved, Know things accurately ( to the max) and then have few groups like Media, Public welfare associations and others who can make this possible.

If any one have contacts with these groups you can come up with the procedures so that we can achieve this easily

i will try spending time on this and will be updating the blog freequently

i Sent the invite to only few of my frns as i know that this involves confidentiality and many things to keep secured.
